Do I have to choose a package before my session?
Nope! You’ll choose your package after the session—once you’ve had a chance to preview your proofs and see the moments we captured. That way, you only invest in what you truly love.
How do we choose a location for our session?
I’m happy to recommend spots that photograph beautifully and will work well for your family. The location doesn’t need to be epic—often, the most meaningful photos happen in simple spaces where you can just be yourselves. Whether it’s a park, an open field, or even your home, we’ll find the right fit together.
What should we wear?
I’ll send you a simple style guide with outfit tips to help you feel confident and camera-ready. Nothing fancy or over-the-top—just suggestions to help your family feel coordinated, comfortable, and like yourselves.
What if my kids don't cooperate?
I’m a mom of four boys—I’ve seen it all. Really. Your kids don’t need to be perfectly still or smiling the whole time. I’ll guide the session so it feels fun and connected, not pressured or overly posed.
What happens if the weather isn't ideal?
No worries—we’ve got options. If the forecast looks iffy, we can either reschedule for another day or move the session to the comfort of your home. I’ll check in with you ahead of time and help you make the best call.
How long will it take to get our photos?
Your proofing gallery will be ready two weeks after your session. Once you’ve chosen your favorites and selected a package, I’ll finish editing the final images and get everything delivered within the next four weeks.
Can we order more prints later?
Yes! Your final gallery includes access to a professional print store where you can order wall art, photo books, greeting cards, and gift prints anytime. Everything is made in a professional lab for lasting quality and beautiful color.
Can extended family join the session?
Absolutely, as long as we plan for it! Just let me know ahead of time so we can choose the right location and timeline. If it’s a larger group, there may be an additional fee.
