The Schroer’s Extended Family Session in Boulder

Audrey, my time with your family at Walden Ponds was magical! It’s hard to find the right words to describe the sheer joy, love, and laughter that filled the air during your unforgettable extended family session.

This spot at Walden Ponds, with its tall grasses, beautiful mountain views, and looming storm clouds across the water—was the perfect stage to capture the playful spirit of your family. It was your first time taking official family photos since your wedding, and boy, did you make it count!

Your kids are delightful! Wendell was the star of the show with his exuberant dance moves that had everyone in stitches. I couldn’t help but join in the laughter, and even now I’m smiling at the memory. And Vera, with her charming smile, was enchanted by the wildflowers and whatever her big brother was up to.

Brian and Barbara are the epitome of proud grandparents who delight in spending time with their grandkids. The happiness in their eyes as they cuddled and played with them still makes my heart melt. I just know that these photos of them with their grandchildren will be enjoyed many, many times over.

You were a picture of excitement, Audrey. The photographs of all six of you capture the essence of a happy family. Everyone laughing and sharing moments that exude a warmth that will be felt across the miles.

And let’s not forget the adorable couple’s shots of you and Hunter, hugging and smiling at each other. Or the ones of your mom and dad. All your wishes came true! And then some.

I’m so thrilled that we were able to document the spontaneous, joyful nature of your family. These are not just photos. These are memories filled with love and laughter that you’ll be able to look back on and enjoy for years to come.

Thank you for letting me be a part of this remarkable day. Working with you all was such a fun experience. Time may fly by, but these captured moments will always remind you of this precious and fleeting season of life.

Here are just a handful of my favorite moments from your extended family session. Enjoy!

Best, Theresa
